WAXING

Waxing is a form of hair removal which removes the hair from the root. The hairs will grow back slower, however, hair growth rates can differ from person to person. Whilst removing hair, waxing also exfoliates the skin removing dead skin cells, making the skin feel and look smoother.

Different wax is used on different areas of the body:

Peelable Hot Wax

Used for intimate, facial and underarm waxing. It is a more gentle and efficient way of removing hair from the more sensitive parts of the body and face.

Strip Wax

Used on larger areas such as legs, arms, forearms and backs. Sometimes a mixture of wax is used to give you the most comfortable experience.

Intimate Waxing

For those that have never had an intimate waxing treatment, it can be daunting! However, I use the best hot wax which is designed to grip the hair not the skin. Hot wax is kept at a lower temperature than strip wax, making it more gentle, effective and pain free for intimate waxing.

After Care

After a wax, the skin can be sensitive and a small amount of redness may occur - this is completely normal.

Avoid tight clothes and hot showers for the first 24 hours. After this, your skin should return to normal.

No moisturisers or deodorants should be used for the first 24 hours.

The most important aftercare is exfoliation; this should be done 3-4 times a week.

I recommend the following products for exfoliating below.
